Endure, Suffer, Hope
Grace is unconditional love. Can you love the unlovable? Can you love yourself? Because of God's grace we can endure our suffering.
Do you love your spouse or your children, your parents or your loved ones? Do you love your friends or your coworkers? Do love your neighbor and your enemy? How much?
Do you love them enough to give of yourself? Do you love them enough to commit yourself? Do you love them enough to stand and protect them? Are you willing to take their pains upon yourself? Will you watch over them while they sleep quietly?
Could you give up everything for your family? As a man, a husband and father I do not hesitate a split second to answer, "Yes." To take the pains away from the ones I hold closely, I would gladly bear their pain and strife. To give up my life so they might live, would be my duty and honor. My heart aches this very moment thinking of the pains my family has experienced.
Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, came to this earth and suffered and died for us all. He took upon us the pain and the sufferings of His children and carried them to Calvary. He has shown us love with His sacrifice.
